For a life-insurance estimate request, optional preliminary screening may include age, broad self-described health category, tobacco or nicotine use, and whether you regularly take more than three prescription medications. Do not enter diagnoses or medication names in the website form.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, coordinate appointments and events, review career interest, improve service, and maintain business records. Relevant website inquiries are automatically and securely transferred server-to-server to the separate WD One Stop Team Operating Center so authorized team members can follow up on the request.

Choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@wd1stop.com. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive financial information through these forms.
